Conference Day is November 12

Make sure you have signed up for a time to meet with your teachers on Conference Day or another time outside of next Tuesday. We have lots to share about your precious little ones!

We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements during your conference time as we will not have childcare available that day. Thank you!

Enrollment for 2025-2026 for Current Students

Watch for more information on Conference Day on class (grade) selections. A Class Selection form link will be emailed to each grade level on November 13, 2024. This is very important as it helps us plan for next year. All forms are due back on November 18 at 9:00 am.

Online re-enrollment packets for current students and new siblings (in Toddlers & Twos) will be sent to families on January 8, and you will have a limited time to submit this packet to secure your child’s spot for 2025-2026. Thank you!

Spaces are limited for some class offerings like the 4-day Twos classes and openings will be filled in the order the forms are received. We kindly ask ALL students have a form submitted, even our kindergarteners, thank you!

Twos
There is a 2-Day Twos and a 4-Day Twos option. The day is 8:40-2:30 for these children.

PreK 3, Half Day
These children come to school Monday-Thursday, 8:40 – 12:00. They have the option to extend their day with enrichment class offerings Monday-Thursday until 2:30 pm.

PreK 3, Full Day
These students come to school Monday-Friday, M-Th 8:40 – 2:30 and Fri 8:40 – 12:00. Enrichments are built into their day.

PreK 4
These students come to school Monday-Friday, M-Th 8:40 – 2:30 and Fri 8:40 – 12:00. Enrichments are built into their day.

Kindergarten
These students come to school Monday-Friday, M-Th 8:40 – 2:30 and Fri 8:40 – 12:00. Enrichments are built into their day.

Important Carpool Reminders

An arrival by 9:00 ensures each child and their class has time to begin their day or travel together to their first class or experience. Thank you!
Main Entrance Carpool – To ensure an efficient morning and afternoon carpool line, we kindly ask you to please remember the following steps in the process. With your assistance, our morning and afternoon lines will move more quickly and we will be able to tighten up our timing, Thank you!

For the mornings, have your children and their belongings ready to hop out with a quick goodbye.
For the afternoons, once your car is in park, please hop out to be ready to receive your child(ren).
Please buckle as quickly and safely as possible to be ready to pull forward behind the car in front.
If you have snacks to share, please pull forward way out of the line to do this so we can keep the line moving and load the next round of students.

SMES Records Release

If your child will be applying out for the 2025-26 school year and the school needs to receive SMES school records, please make sure the prospective school emails Mandy Lohner [email protected].

Teacher evaluations are still emailed directly to your child’s teachers.

Campus Construction Updates

As the SMAA Construction progresses, they are entering a heavy “earth work” phase for the next few weeks. This means that 60-90 trucks per day will be entering the construction zone off Douglas. The trucks will be coming from Northwest Highway and proceeding south on Douglas to take a right into the work areas on campus. This will not impact our south carpool off Colgate (that enters through the red chapel doors) or our west parking lot access points.
