A Review of Covid Guidelines for SMES Attendance

In conjunction with CDC Guidelines, your child can attend school post a close contact exposure to Covid. Cases have now become so prevalent that most pediatricians and physicians perform Covid testing only when their patients are symptomatic. If your child tests positive for Covid, they will need to isolate for five days at home, followed by masking for the next five days, just as adults per CDC protocol.
